Tiger Stadium, after years of waiting!
By - TeamKillerTurbo
Put it on the vault so I can never search for it and use it!!!
It's on there right now. You can scroll back a few pages and you will find it
I was just joking about about how bad the vault system is. The stadium looks sick
Ah, I gotcha
unrelated but why isn’t there a custom uniform vault
Big shout-out to the original Creator who put all of the stands together, I just made a few modifications.
Did you include the obstructed view seating?!?
man. i remember being excited that we got obstructed seats because there was a tv there. dumb.
I spent so much time in that stadium. I sure do miss it.
My dad took my to Tiger Stadium for Opening Day one year when I was little, but all they had left were obstructed view seating. Assumed it'd be a partial view or something, but it was two seats directly behind a big metal beam, so close that our knees were touching it. Luckily it was snowing so people started leaving after the first inning and we were able to move. I loved that stadium but god those were the worst paid seats I've ever seen.
Need the Bud Light sign. Otherwise looks good
That's very good, finally, now hopefully someone has made a good metropolitan stadium to use in the Show
The fact that it isn’t normally in the game but Turner Field is, is just a travesty, even as a Braves fan.
Turner was left over after the Braves moved to Cobb.
But agree 100%. The Classic Stadiums are pretty thin and seem random.
I wish we could get one for each team that can have one + some extras for newer teams.
The definitive list of what should be added (obviously would be a long term phase in) for each team is:
Tiger Stadium (DET), Old Comiskey (CWS), Cleveland Municipal (CLE), Metropolitan (MIN), KC Municipal (KCR/OAK), Original Kauffman w/ open area in outfield/more pronounced fountains, Retro Fenway w/o Monster Seats (BOS), Memorial Stadium (BAL), Pre-Hotel Camden Yards (BAL), Retro Yankee Stadium w/ Monument Park in play (NYY), Exhibition Stadium complete with seagulls (TOR), Turnpike Stadium (TEX), Astrodome (HOU), Kingdome (SEA), California Wrigley Field (ANA), Pre-1995 Oakland (OAK), The Vet (PHI), Olympic Stadium (MON), RFK Stadium (WAS), Fulton (ATL), Retro Wrigley Field pre-lights (CHC), County Stadium (MIL), Busch Stadium (STL), Riverfront (CIN), Three Rivers (PIT), Ebbets Field (LAD/BKN), LA Memorial Coliseum (LAD), Jack Murphy w/ original layout/seating (SDP), Mile High (COL), Candlestick (SFG).
Hopefully we can get some old-style astroturf and cigarette ads to really up the aesthetic.
Others that would be cool to have:
Tokyo Dome, Doubleday Field (Cooperstown), Iowa Field of Dreams, a Sandlot, a vintage spring training field, a Dominican Republic/Latin American-style Sandlot.
I know Turner was left over, but it just isn’t a “classic” stadium to me. The inclusion of that and old Miami over a classic like Tiger Stadium is baffling to me.
It all comes down to licensing issues would be my guess. I heard they tried to get the Kingdome the year Griffey Jr. was unveiled but couldn't get the rights.
How do they not get the rights? Who owns them?
Doubleday should be the home field for the legend teams
looking good. It still needs a few subtle tweaks, but keep up the good work. This is exactly what the vault should be used for!
Any recommendations? I'm always making changes
The one thing that stands out to me, is the blue steel girders in the RF stands. Maybe it's the lighting of the picture, but are they missing or too far back?

I don’t know if you can add it, but look up pictures of the old bullpen dugouts. They called them the submarines because they sunk below the field and were really weird looking.
You can't edit the bullpens. They are on the field by default.
This is the first stadium I was going to make, thought I was the only one who thought about it lol
was waiting for someone to make it thanks!
Absolute Perfection! Incredible
Great job. Post more pics.
Why do these pictures of created stadiums look like they were made on the xbox and ps2?
Fuck yes dude one of my favorite stadiums, along with old comiskey
Not as nice as Booty Meat Park I created though.
DUDE!!! This is awesome. I was able to play here during a Tigers tryout back in my day... this is fantastic and brings back so many memories. I hit one into the porch in right, can't wait to do it in game too
Do they let you overhang right field?
Ripken stadium 👀
What are the dimensions on this? I see it is eligible for online play, so obviously it isn't the actual dimensions. I'm glad they made it eligible for online play, though.
I'll probably download it and then make an actual dimension field for offline play, too. Haha
340 to left, 440 to center, 325 to right
So it is not eligible for online play? I thought not having the red circle means it can be used online.
What makes it eligible to be played online
The walls have to be one of the preset configurations. There's no preset configuration that goes to 440 in center.
I can use it online, so I'm not sure what makes a stadium legal lol
I had the same issue. There's one preset that's close-ish, but it features a jaggy left field that makes the lower level stand placement problematic. I've been working on a Tiger Stadium build to use in online modes, but I'm going to need to compromise the 440' CF dimension to make it look remotely right.
ah yes, the bleacher seats in center field.
This is sick. I saw Griffey and Frank Thomas destroy the Tigers there. So great.
Is there a giant tiger and/or a giant transformer so I can hit a dinger off of it, ala Cecil Fielder?
One of my absolute first memories was seeing Travis Fryman's first game in that stadium. They played the Royals, with Bo Jackson. Won I think, 4-3 or 4-2. Incredible moment for tiny me, for sure.
Are they ever gonna add stadium creator to the PS4?
Not this year. Probably not next year either, everything is moving on from past generations.
Is it me or can I not hit a home run anymore
