What looks better for a farm, A or B?
By - KingOfCranes
I like farm B, the grass fits with the rest of the blocks a lot better than the bricks
B. 99%. ]
If it was a youtube poll it would say A. 3% B. 99%
Nah, people would find a way to make it ***E***
Thanks for the laugh!
YouTube is glitchy and the poles are dum
What did the Polish do to you?
Ah, the Ol' Reddit [Poleroo](https://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/nsptpd/after_6_years_i_am_now_a_us_citizen_and_claiming/h0onzy0?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3)!
They did nothing but we invaded anyways
Did we stutter
JAWOHL, ICH UND MEINE KAMERRRADEN HABEN POLEN ÜBERRRFALLEN.
You explained the whole history of my country better than my teacher ever could
South or North?
I'm not sure what the polish did to deserve that
Occupied strategically significant land.... the bastards
In my opinion, B, the grass adds more farm like feel than the industrial stone
The B squad
Edit:what have I started
I'm rooting for you
The b squad.
I too like B
And it looks like it's a random placed farm
🅱️ s q u a d
B - looks more aesthetically pleasing
Was just about to comment that
I like B better
B is a farm
A is an urban garden
I like both a lot
I have to agree with this. Everyone is just saying B. I think both are good depending on the context. B is more fitting for a rural farm setting but A looks great for an urban area that would be open to the public to come and view.
They are both next to a pretty developed town and I still think B looks better. The contrast going from the city to a more rural looking farming district is nice.
i'd love a tour of the rest of your town!!
in general, B. In the specific context of the town, probably A. I love them both!
Good point but yea I agree after looking at it
I was about to sat this too. A stays in line with the town, but B gives me a prettier vibe. Maybe add some more greenery in the town, so B gets more in line too
B hands down.
The b squad checking in here.
I like B more
B in my opinion, but if you like the cobble look more maybe randomize it with mossy cobble, stone and such things? buttons as pebbles maybe? so there is more texture than just plain old cobble :)
\*bricks, my bad
B however the awful shading of the path block really scuffles the whole vibe, don't it?
Also, A reminds me of a Lego game for some reason
A is too sterile for a farm.
How about B but with stone brick paths?
I think instead of stone bricks just normal bricks. The red would match the barn well and tie the whole build together.
Or a mixed stone path with stone, gravel, and andesite and maybe a bit of cobble or stone bricks
u/kingofcranes i thought you should see this comment, brings the best from both, the natural farm grass and the city roads leading in should be the same stone
B is look good bro
I fell as though you could mix a and b with b being the majority and a be more abundante at the stairs
B, no discution
Farm B looks more natural
I like B
B by a long shot
B feels really welcoming
A has a lot of empty space while B fills that space with a mixture of grass and path blocks. I reckon A could work too if there were other blocks complimenting the stone bricks.
B is better.
B adds an amzing aesthetic
B has more personality
They both look good. A seems to fit the theme of the rest of the town that’s in view, but B looks better in the sense that it has more of the farm aesthetic. An idea might be to have a slight mix of the 2 so still having grass but also having some more stone elements put into it. Great job on the rest of the town btw
B its more like a farm
B is better
B looks better!
Maybe a mix of B and A. You can so the grass and like gravel/andisite pathways
Definitely B, it looks lovely and alive
B, more grassland and dirt road feel better than plain stone brick, if you want the brick maybe you should add some texture to it with different blocks, some obstacles could improve the road too like rocks barrels and trees.
B easily looks better imo please use b
In my opinion definitely B.
in my opinion,B
Definitely B, the grass adds a nice rural look.
B for Better
Definitely b a looks like a wanna be farm in New York city lol
A matches the town way better with the paths and blocks, so overall I like A better. In other circumstances i’d like B the best. but I really like A here.
B fits the farm area far better, in A it looks too constricted
but you could replace the main path at the bottom edge of the picture with stone bricks if you want to fit it into the town road network
also on the gate side you could replace the border of the sheep pen with grass, then it keeps growing inwards even if they eat up all they have
I’d have to say B only because the grass makes it look more natural despite being inside of a city. Nice build by the way :)
Definitely B, given what the rest of the town looks like.
B or nothing LOL
Farm B, easily!
B is the way to go
by FAR B
B but i like a more
B, but i think to make be fit in with the area a bit more add at the edges of the platform stone bricks instead of the grass, maybe that could help. also bushes and maybe some thin trees could make it look neat
B has a more naturel feeling, almost like coming home
Definitely B. No contest.
B makes it feel more like a farm
b because when you add a nature effect it really help also try bonemealing the grass remove it if you think its too much though
B feels more friendly and inviting.
B definitely. A looks more like parks in a city
B feels much more lively
B. not close
By my opinion its b
I like "b" but because of where the farm is in the town option "a" is a more suitable choice.
B looks a lot nicer than A
B, by miles
B looks more natural.
B for sure, the grass makes it look more like a natural farm and way more pleasing to the eye!
B makes the farm fell a bit more alive and detailed, so I pick that one
B but maybe adding a bit of grass on the grass blocks will add some nice texture
I think if you do B but put hedges on the grass instead and have the cobblestone walkway it'll look nice and follow the same aesthetic of the town
B, the grass just makes it look more natural. Just pick what you like my guy.
I like B but both are nice :)
I think B looks more natural but you could use some brick details
