Took y’all’s advice and put on some shoes, lowered the weight, and tried to get to the grass. 205lbs any pointers?

You're not standing up properly at the end. Glutes tight and hips forward, so you are fully upright and tight in the core.

Looks good, but you need to lockout your hips and knees man. Also, make each rep count, big brace every rep.

Looks valorous, but thee needeth to lockout thy hips and hams sir *** ^(I am a bot and I swapp'd some of thy words with Shakespeare words.) Commands: `!ShakespeareInsult`, `!fordo`, `!optout`

Your heels are still coming up ever so slightly. Try to work on staying back.

Looks good buddy.. no need to flex your but cheeks at the end like those guys are saying. That’s for deadlift. Come all the way up, yeah, no need to exaggerate it and try to crack a walnuts with the cheeks as being suggested.

I got used to squatting like the guy from critical bench on YouTube. Dude says not to go all the way up if you have longer femurs to build bigger quads.
